He's coming home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! His ship got into port and he is in his car and driving home as we speak.
We haven't seen Adam since April when we drove down to Norfolk to see his ship dock after being out to sea for 6 months. He hasn't been home since his Grandfather's funeral in September 2006.
Everyone here is very excited. Almost as excited as his mother is. We are doing everything except killing the fatted calf for him. (only because we don't have one)
What a wonderful Christmas this is going to be. The only other thing I want for Christmas I can't have so I guess I am very contented.

Praise God for Adam's return! We just had 4 homeschooling dad who came home from the MI and we had a thanksgiving Mass said for them with their families.

I am glad your son is on his way home. I know how blessed you feel. I have son in the Navy also he is stationed in Norfolk. Right now he is on the USS Harry S. Truman. He should be coming back in May or June. He called last nite. I so look forward to those calls.
I will keep your sons in my prayers as I do all of our young men and women that are in service to our country.
We also have a daughter that just joined the army, right now she is in OCS. Working very hard.
Tell your sons thank you for the fine job they are doing.
